I have decided to move somewhere in France, where are the best cities to live in besides Paris.
And No!!! I’ve been to both Ohio and NYC!!!! New York city was ok, but personally i like a more peaceful place to live, thats why I chose France!

My favourite city / town in France is Aix en Provence – south of France…incredible

strasbourg. its full of their own unique alsacian culture, its right near the german border, so you can easily pop across the border when you feel like a change of country, the cathedral is absolutely amazing, this time of your is great with life revolving around the christmas markets, and the food is great (its the home of foie gras mmmmmmmm).

Toulouse or Montpelier. Both have a nice mix of universities, commerce, and culture and not too many tourists. You are also close to Provence and the Riviera for fun weekends in the off-season.

The people are much more laid back than in Paris. If you speak Paris type French, it will take a few weeks for your ear to adjust to the Southern French accent.

Anywhere in the South of France.
Once out of Paris, the discrimination is set aside. The French are wonderful people.

I love Nice – warmer than Paris – both in friendliness of the people and in the climate

You might also try Lyon or Biaritz
